ehahhhhh, tonight, you sleep with the fishes.

We took a jaunt through the Greenwood Cemetery this weekend. It is studded with amazing monuments and headstones of famous historical figures and their pets. The gates closed at 3:59pm, which we found out about at 4:51pm. We were locked in, the zombies were closing in, yada yada... fast forward...we jumped the 8' tall spike topped fence. That's right, I jumped the fence of a graveyard. Rock bottom?

Eggscuse me, donde estan mis huevos?
Why do we dye these so called, "Easter" eggs every year? Well, I do it so I can make deviled eggs later. I find that name contradictory. Isn't Easter supposed to be about Jesus (aka, a giant rabbit that sneaks into houses at night to leave candy in pre-set baskets filled with strings of green plastic)? Maybe we should start calling them Jesus'd eggs or Jesusggs.

Tanzania Knows How to Party

Photo compliments of Summer in Tanzania. Children at the orphanage she is volunteering for perform a song and dance routine. Sadly, this orphanage is closing and these kids will have to return to the homes they were taken from or will be left to fend for themselves in their small village. Summer and Matt want to start a jewelry co-op that will teach some of these kids and other homeless kids from a nearby town how to make and sell jewelry to sustain a living. If you have any ideas or names of people that could help with this cause, please let me know at mynewyorkmoment@gmail.com
